Earthful, a rapidly growing plant-based nutrition brand, has successfully raised INR 5 Cr in funding, led by seasoned entrepreneur Srinivasan Namala, founder of Porus Labs, who exited to Bain Capital for over ₹2,400 crores. The funding round also sees participation from Ritesh Agarwal, founder of OYO Rooms, who made an investment commitment on Shark Tank India Season 4. With this new investment, Earthful’s total funding to date exceeds $1 million.

Founded in 2020 by IIT Kharagpur alumnae and sisters Veda Gogineni and Sai Sudha G., Earthful is dedicated to offering 100% natural, clean, plant-based supplements free from chemicals and additives. The company’s science-backed formulations cater to diverse health needs, including multivitamins to fill daily nutrition gaps, and targeted products for skin, hair, sleep, and PCOS. Earthful is also among the first in India to launch a clean, natural multivitamin for menopausal women. Their product line further includes plant-based proteins and a junk-free Kids’ chocolaty milk mix powder.
Veda Gogineni, co-founder of Earthful, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “This funding will help us bring Earthful’s clean, effective nutrition to more households across India. Our customers’ loyalty speaks volumes about their trust in our brand and products.”

The raised funds will primarily be used for research and development of new products, as well as strengthening Earthful’s brand presence. Additionally, the company plans to expand its leadership team to accelerate its growth phase in marketing and operations.
In the last 12 months, Earthful has witnessed impressive 3x growth, reaching over 1 lakh customers with a strong 40-50% repeat purchase rate. The company is currently on a ₹15 Cr annual revenue run rate, with 70-75% of sales coming directly from its website, demonstrating deep consumer trust and loyalty.
Srinivasan Namala shared his outlook, stating, “I believe the nutraceutical market in India will experience significant growth over the next 5-7 years. Earthful’s commitment to clean, plant-based nutrition positions it well for this opportunity.”
With a focus on innovation, Earthful plans to launch 3-4 new products every quarter and expand its warehouse and production capabilities. The company has recently introduced new protein flavors like Japanese Matcha and Coffee Mocha, as well as a nutritious Kids’ Milk Mix powder made with millets, plant-based protein, and real cocoa.
As Earthful looks to scale its operations, the brand is set to expand its presence in offline retail and aims for 5x growth in the next 12-18 months, targeting a ₹500 Cr valuation in three years.
