Terrace –A Roof Top Bar & Restaurant at Mercure Hyderabad KCP is organizing a Thai Food Festival starting from 22nd July 2022 till 6th August 2022 during Dinner from 7.00 PM to 11:00 PM. to offer a delicious treat to the diners. The specially designed food festival is a delightful experience through the traditional Thai cuisine.
Master Chef Ganesh with his rich experience in regional and international cuisine has carefully crafted the menu to showcase the delicacies of this region, along with his team.
This food festival offers different varieties of authentic dishes from Thai Cuisine. One of the main purposes of this concept is to familiarize Hyderabadi crowd with delectable Thai dishes.
The menu offers a tempting array of delectable Vegetarian dishes & Non Vegetarian dishes. They include starters like Harmokthoo (Banana leaf wrapped and steamed silken tofu), Khao Pot Phadpriktaosi (Wok tossed crispy broccoli, baby corn and mushroom with black bean and chillies) for vegetarians and Pla Yang Namprik (Crispy deep fried baby Pomfret in spicy chilli sauce), Satay Koong (Pan seared prawns served with assorted dips) for non vegetarians.
It also includes Thung Thong (Crispy fried wontons filled with veg or chicken), a special offer from Cheif’s side and two varieties of Soups like Tom Kha (Thai coconut sour soup) for vegetarians and Tom Yum (Thai hot and sour soup) for non vegetarians.
The Main Course include Gaengpaa (Southern Thai style curry served with jasmine rice) with Prawns, Chicken for non vegetarians and with Vegetables for vegetarians; Gaengkiew Warn (thai green curry served with jasmine rice) with Prawns, Chicken for non vegetarians and with Vegetables for vegetarians; Khaophadnamprikphao (Jasmine rice tossed in spicy curry paste) with Prawns, Chicken for non vegetarians and with Vegetables for vegetarians is served.
Your gastronomical jounery ends with special Thai Dessert Kluaythod (Banana fritters with honey and sesame). A special live counter is setup to serve delicacies from the regional cuisine along with fresh fruits.
The food festival promises to delight customers with its uniqueness. The buffet is priced at Rs. 2500/- plus taxes for four course menu (Pre plated) with mocktail for two people. And the restaurant has been suitably done up with an ambience that lights up your evenings.
