Prego at Westin Hyderabad Mindspace has always had its heart in the right place – blue blooded Italian with the right mix of curated innovations with a twist here and there. The post pandemic Prego is geared up to invite the diners with brand new menu put together by Executive Chef Ravinder Singh Panwar and his team.

Here are the highlights from the extensive menu:
Gamberi Alla Piastra, Tortellini di carne (Chicken tortellini with mushroom cream sauce and sage butter), Risotto alla Milanese (that is a perfect coming together of Confit chicken, and arborio rice with saffron), Mushroom Pizza Bianca that comes with white cream sauce, Agnello grigliate – perfectly grilled lambchops with sauteed vegetables or the grilled Salmon version – Salmon Al Forno, Cheese Poverano Romania, and desserts that include the classic Tiramisu served with a bit of lemon zest. The amazing dips and the delicious sauces used in various capacities across the menu are surely a plus to the new menu at Prego, the Italian Specialty Restaurant.
