Young adventurers Lattupally Lalithya Reddy, Shamin Ramesh Kyatham, Lattupally Srihan Reddy, and Goli Preetham from Telangana, along with Jahnvi Mantri and Riya Shridhar from Mumbai, conquer Everest Base Camp on a thrilling expedition led by Satyarup Siddhanta
In an extraordinary feat of endurance and determination, four young adventurers from Telangana, alongside two from Mumbai, have successfully completed a challenging expedition to Everest Base Camp. Organized by Winners and Achievers, led by the renowned mountaineer Satyarup Siddhanta, and supported by the I3 Foundation of Ranchi, the expedition showcased the remarkable spirit and resilience of the youth involved.
The expedition featured four brave participants from Telangana: Lattupally Lalithya Reddy, Shamin Ramesh Kyatham, Lattupally Srihan Reddy, and Goli Preetham, along with Jahnvi Mantri and Riya Shridhar from Mumbai. These young adventurers, aged between 11 and 16, demonstrated exceptional courage and tenacity as they navigated the treacherous paths to Everest Base Camp.
Starting their journey in Kathmandu on May 5th, the team flew to Lukla on May 6th and embarked on a hike to Phakding. Over the next few days, they trekked through Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, and finally reached Everest Base Camp on May 15th. Supported by comprehensive safety measures, including insurance coverage and helicopter evacuation services, the expedition was a testament to meticulous planning and expert guidance.
Satyarup Siddhanta, the visionary leader behind this initiative, expressed immense pride in the young explorers: “We believe in nurturing the spirit of adventure in young minds. Lattupally Srihan Reddy also said that the journey was tough but extremely rewarding.
